What Shipping Method Does Your Company Use?
We use freight shipping for our larger items(fully assembled,palleted and crated)curbside delivery, and UPS for our smaller items.The freight shipping is curbside delivery to your home.Normally there is one driver so you may also need to help the driver lower the pallet to the ground at time of delivery.If you would prefer a liftgate or inside delivery there is an additional fee.All freight deliveries require a signature of someone 18+

 When Can I Expect My Custom Glider Order To be Finished?

Normal leadtime is 6-8 weeks.Depending on our workload you will be given a estimated lead time for your purchase.If any exceptions arise you will be notified immediately.Please be sure of your colors and specifications when making your order as we do not offer refunds on custom orders.We do not accept returns.

What Can I Expect Of An Unrestored Old Metal Porch Glider?

All our unrestored porch gliders are all solid and fully functional. Please note that unrestored gliders are solid but they will have character meaning peeling paint,dings,repairs,etc.We make sure that they glide smoooothly! Their colors may also vary based on computer monitor performance.Because of their variation in finish they are sold "as is" Our old vintage metal retro pieces have been hand selected by us to ensure no dents,holes or rusted through places.We do not accept returns on unrestored items and they are sold as is.

What Can I Expect of A Restored Porch Glider?

We start with one of our hand selected unrestored pieces(no holes or rusted through places) Then we strip the unrestored piece to the bare metal before powdercoating. They are then given new life with a new finish! They are powdercoated and then clear glossed.We replace any necessary hardware.HOWEVER these pieces are old!! Therefore even restored pieces may have minor pitting areas and other character dimples that make them who they are!!  (ie,small dings,,bubbled metal,etc).We do not destroy the integrity of these historic pieces.These pieces are over 70 years old!! They will NOT have any major structural defects such as thinning metal,rusted through places,etc)

Please note we do not allow cancellation after an order has been made.This due to the allowances we pay out for packaging,supplies,shipping,powdercoating,etc.If there is a need to cancel within 48 hours and credit will be given for purchase amount.
